How ScrewedUpTX handles sign-in, purchases and customer support.

Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile picture. We use these to identify your account, display your profile and connect purchases to you. Customer sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Orders and support
We keep order details, payment references, delivery emails and support messages to fulfil purchases and help you. PayPal handles payments; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Why we use this information
We use account and order information to provide purchase history, deliver files, respond to support, process replacement requests, prevent misuse, reconcile payments and maintain business records. Resend history records which purchased item used each allowance. Signing out does not delete orders or reset used requests.
Cookies, browser storage and site statistics
Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and remember your cart. Basic catalog visit statistics help us understand interest in releases. Our catalog analytics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Service providers may process connection details, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.
Services we use
Google handles sign-in and PayPal handles payments. Hosting, email and image services process information needed to operate the site and deliver support. External images may contact their hosting service when displayed. We share information only as needed for these services, security or legal obligations. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Google data
Customer sign-in uses your Google identifier, name, email and profile picture for your account and purchase history. A separate authorized catalog integration can manage public artwork in Google Drive and check storage usage; it does not access customer Drive files. Google data is used only for these features, following the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Keeping your information
We store account, order and support records with restricted administrative access and backups. The live site uses HTTPS. We retain records as needed to provide purchases and support, track used resend allowances and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some transaction or required records may need to be retained.
Your choices and requests
You can sign out at any time and manage or revoke ScrewedUpTX access in your Google account connections. Revocation does not automatically erase our existing order records. Contact Support@screweduptx.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and retain records where needed for legal obligations, transactions, disputes or preventing allowance resets; we will explain relevant limitations. Do not send passwords, card numbers or account access tokens in support messages.
